It is our aim to support children’s achievements that enable them to build independence, freedom, engagement and self esteem.

 

We aim to deliver a curriculum that begins when a child first walks through our doors, it is broad, balanced and focuses on what is taught.

 

We intend to place children first and support their needs with a focus on daily routines, self help and life skill development, we implement the standards and support the children to meet the desired outcomes of the Early Years Foundations Stage 2017 with structured and non structured daily experiences.

 

Our vision and practice is we are facilitators to teach and help children to learn and keep them safe in rich learning environments that create opportunities for them to have the best start in life, to reach their full potential and lay the foundations for school readiness and a successful future.

 

We aim to have a close open relationship with all our parents to maintain communications, through personal acknowledgements, greetings, stay and play sessions, newsletters, meetings and personal daily reports.

 

Our aim is to implement the practice and principles of the Early Years Foundation Stage 2017 where we strive to set the standards for learning, development and care of children from birth to five.

 

Our settling in procedure is designed to support the initial transition from home to nursery to help new children and parents gain emotional security and a life work balance during visits to Kinder Haven Ltd.
